Currently we have just finished a (3) three well package this August 2024, on one of our leases in Warren County, Pennsylvania for an investment group out of South Carolina for $500,000.  Wells have their own Tank Battery so their oil will not commingle with the oil from our existing wells.  They will be paid on a monthly basis direct from the refinery as we do not hold investor funds. Their wells are producing oil.

We also just completed (2) two new drills on the same lease where we operate an additional 32 wells. All are producing oil.

 

We have permits for an additional (6) six on the Warren lease and are in the planning stage of selecting another 20 sites to drill.
